It’s Fine (“we”, “us”) provides IT financial governance software. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@itsfine.fr.

Information you give us: when you submit the demo or contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and any message you choose to include.

Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit the site, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo or IT spend assessment, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Data residency & sharing

Your personal data is stored and processed within the European Union. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site and our email (such as our email hosting provider), under appropriate data-processing terms. We never sell or rent your data.

6. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
